- I went in looking for a specific product. I was looking on my own and very confused. Everything was displayed expertly and easy to find. I just had no idea how to find what I was looking for, or really what I was looking for. I heard a voice ask if I needed help, and I said yes. She said I looked like I might be a little confused. I laughed and said nope, I’m very confused! I explained what I was looking for and before I even finished, she had the product in hand that was perfect for me. She explained everything and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Amazing staff, clean store, great experience!!!!!

- Came in tonight and was treated very poorly as soon as we walked in. A girl with pink/purple hair greeted us by saying "I need to see both your ID'S" I walk out to grab my ID from the car and as soon as I walk out she tells a couple that is checking out that "special customers don't need to show ID because they get special treatment" we have been coming here for many years and we have never needed to show our ID's. We are 28 & 30 there is no way we look under the age of 18, you just wanted to start something and for what? Cause we look young you think we are there to mess around and act childish? That's literally how she made us feel! And as we are shopping multiple people are walking in and their ID's are not being checked? Makes zero sense to us! Do better and next time, don't run and hide in the back till we leave the store like you did tonight.
