- This location has a friendlier, knowledgable staff. I reside in LA and had out of town friends excited to visit this store. Luckily, we visited this location before the other one which had the grumpiest man ever on shift. Though I have found customer service is hit or miss in WeHo if they’re not attracted to you. 🤣
- wow what can I say, Jessica is THEEEE BEST! Traveling from Austin, we see so many of these stores with rude employees but Jessica made us feel at home!! She is a great sales woman and from the moment she greeted us at the door I knew we would HAVE to buy something!!! ICONNNN

- Honestly I was very disappointed with the customer service, My bf and I walked in last night we were going to spent $200 in the store but we had some questions about some items and the person who was supposed to be helping was so rude and he just didn’t care I’ve no idea if it was because we are a straight couple or just wasn’t in the mood to be selling but he didn’t care left us on the side and matter of fact he left a $179 product outside the showcase definitely I’d never go back in there. The WORST adult store that we’ve ever been.
