• The location is a little small, let's just say it's not the Spencers I remember as a kid, but it was still ok. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked. I would say the store store is worth a visit. Just know it's a tight squeeze they have uses almost every inch of this place.
• Place is nice but small with good selection of items. Most associates are helpful as well. However, an employee accused my friend of stealing on absolutely NO basis. My friend showed us a pair of earrings that she was interested in, but she put it away because she didn't want it anymore. She put it away on a random shelf rather than put it back where she found it. After we finished the browsing the store, we didn't buy anything so we just decided to leave. As we exited the store, we were stopped by an employee who looked female, a bit chubby, tan, glasses, and had brown hair up in a ponytail with curtain bangs. She asked my friend, "Did you put the earrings back?".( This particular employee had never even come up to us asking if we needed help, so it felt like she was just spying on us.) My friend said, "Oh yeah I put them on the side somewhere". The employee said, "I didn't see you put it back" and said she even checked. My friend walked the employee back to the place where she supposedly "checked" and they found the earrings. The employee did not even issue an apology for rudely treating my friend and suspecting her of shoplifting. I hope this location trains their employees better so that this experience does not happen to anyone ever again. Not sure if I'll be back here, sorry.
• I was accused of stealing because I am a minority. I was out shopping with my boyfriend, just looking at some T-shirts to buy. I rolled up the shirt as I don’t know… a nervous habit I guess? And I left my wallet in the car. I gave the shirts to my boyfriend while I got my wallet. As I left to go get my wallet, a short woman with glasses and black hair yelled at me, “GIVE ME MY SHIRTS BACK AND GET OUT OF MY STORE.” I led her to my boyfriend who, wow, had the shirts. She additionally called security on me, and I was surveyed in the middle of the mall. I did nothing wrong, yet I was kicked out of the store and I feel like it is because of my appearance. I’m very disappointed, and I hope that Spencer’s takes action and does something about their awful employees.
• Love everything about this place except the employees make you feel a little uncomfortable with how much they follow you around trying to make sure you're not stealing. It makes you not want to look at certain things that you normally would if a stranger wasn't standing there staring at you.
• No matter where or what we're doing, if we see a Spencer's, my husband and I have to stop. We always have fun and today I got another shot glass for our collection. That's some funny stuff 🤣 😂 😄
