- I visited Cirilla's today and I had an amazing experience. The employee was extremely helpful and was there to answer every single question that I had or didn't know the answer to. She was incredibly polite and I would give my experience higher than 5 stars because of her. My receipt doesn't say her name but instead it says her sales rep # which was Co30. She was very nice and definitely just be given a manager position, I could not of asked for a better experience. This was by far the best experience I've had in a Cirilla's store. Thank you for your amazing customer service!

- the employees are clearly slacking on the daily cleaning, and the woman who tried to ID me at the door was clearly being passive aggressive as hell and i’m not sure why. (im 23 and CLEARLY not underage- pierced and tattoed and i literally worked at a different cirillas for years, and was offered the manager position.) PSA: being petty to strangers is NOT how you get customers to come back. i certainly won’t be coming back to this location for my personal shopping- i’d literally rather go to the one on waldo. or hell, TOPEKA has better customer service.
- Alyssa/Alissa (I don't know how to spell her name exactly, I'm so sorry) was extremely helpful!! Her recommendations were perfect and we are happy with the products we bought with her assistance. I've looked around in several Cirilla's in the past, but I've never felt comfortable enough to ask any questions or purchase anything until today. Thank you for making us feel safe and comfortable! This is the best location we've found for a variety of products. Also, the building has higher ceilings than most Cirilla's in the area, which was extremely pleasant. It was very clean, well organized, and has nice windows. We will definitely come back to this location in the future!
