- Bought something from them and was told that I could return it. The person on duty also told me that if they would not return it, I could buy a warranty and that would 100% mean that I could return it. Go to return the open and unused product today and get told by a different person that it is non-returnable and the warranty will not cover a return either. So I am out $300 for a product that I did not want and was lied to about. I will not be returning and would suggest you find a different place to buy from if you are concerned about your satisfaction.
