- Today I went in and visited the store. I needed some lingerie and was thinking about a new toy. Lisa immediately greeted us and let us know she was there to help. She answered all our questions while we shopped. Then I asked about the toy I wanted and asked if they had it…and she lit up she not only showed me the toy but 3 different brands and let me know which one was the best and most bought…she was personable and professional and funny too. She connected with us and made us feel at home which is hard to do in a adult store. She helped me pick out the perfect toy for me. I don't think I would have gotten it without her help. She was great and had us laughing. She has thr best smile and knows her products. She handled the situation with poise and grace.
