It’s well lit but definitely geared towards the Waikiki tourist $$ since there’s no clear parking for us locals. I did like how clean the space was though and the staff present were very helpful in both their suggestions of product and in their giving me space to explore on my own. I’ll definitely be back!!
- Bought my first toy. Spent 100 dollars and the toy never turned on. We let it charge all day and night and it never worked. Went in to exchange it only to be told all sales are final. I asked for a manager or regional representative phone number to be told they don’t have one. I was given a email and told they may be able to reply. They were very rude and not understanding. This was my first experience in this type of shop. And felt like after they get their money they just don’t care. Really disappointed.
