- I normally don’t leave reviews, but I couldn’t let this go unshared. The manager, Jamesy, at the Hustler Hollywood store helped me in-store on Saturday — super professional, kind, and knowledgeable. But what really left an impression happened on Tuesday night. I got a flat tire and pulled into a gas station, stressed and unsure of what to do. By pure luck, he happened to be at the station next to me. Without me even asking, Jamesy came over, offered help, and stayed with me until I had everything figured out. He didn’t have to do any of that — it wasn’t part of his job — but he still stepped up with kindness and patience. In a world where so many people keep to themselves, it meant a lot to have someone just be there. I genuinely appreciate him more than words can say. Hustler Hollywood is lucky to have someone like that leading their team. 🩷🩷

- Great atmosphere! Great employees every visit!! Warm welcome’s when you come in the door and usually a knowledgeable employee to eagerly assist you. They are discreet as well. They have a nice variety of clothing and adult items. Great sales. Paid street parking.
- Ordered from door dash. I bought a 40$ silicon lube. They replaced it with. 20$ jelly lube and did not give a refund. And the lube was open up on arrival. ( Edit) Upon calling was offered a full refund, but was assured the lube was somehow accidentally opened, by a very bored service worker. Not a trustworthy seller.
