• Originally planned on going here to check out the adult toys, intimates, sexy costumes or what not. Store seemed to have a pretty large inventory of items. Prices are higher than online retailers but when your feeling kinky you pray for a close brick and mortar store. Ample parking for the area Rules are clear and posted prior to entry ALL staff were nice. Friendly and helpful. They answered all my stupid, weird, first timer inquiry which I'm sure they get asked a bunch. Never been to a place where you can watch on site… That was interesting. The bad- First timer so idk if I'm off basis here but LOCK the door unless you don't and hey good for you… The constant giggle of the door kinda threw me out of my session and it was hot back there which I wasn't a fan of. I expected the place to be gross but pretty clean except for some fresh marks. Lots of dudes if that is your thing. Didn't feel unsafe or in danger. The and I'm going to call him bouncer / enforcer does a good job kicking people out who just chilling. He's fair in that he let them hang for a bit idk guessing 15-20 then out they go… Some booths fast forward work and some don't. Picture quality SUCKS! I spent 1/3 of the time on my phone. Maybe they can upgrade the TVs? Suggestions More ac Have a push light inside if you want company and signage for someone to knock so you don't get constantly attacked with unwanted knocks or door openings. I did have a random guy walk in when I walked out but he left. Dvd viewing is a great value. The on demand video shows one channel and a smaller screen cycles between 4 and you can hit a button to jump to that channel. All and all wasn't bad. Improvents could be made. 24 hour is great.
• Nice selection but the 15 minute browsing time limit is a joke and they randomly enforce it. I spent about 500$ and after i paid they pointed it out.. then a few weeks later i was browsing for a good 45minutes and handing the cash person a nice pile of items and they pointed it out to me once again.. there was only like one other customer along with a bunch of people going in and out of arcade but they warned me to hurry up. With so many things in stock why in the world would they rush me out when im spending several hundred once again?? I suppose its nice i wasnt accused of shoplifting like i was a year ago tho.. i brought an empty box up front to ask if they hand anymore of this particular outfit and was accused of emptying the box.. they even called the owner.. i emptied my pockets for them but it was embarrassing.. customer service is some of the worst of anywhere ive ever been 🙁
• While this shop has plenty to select from… I’ll never go back nor will I recommend this establishment to anyone. If customer service is important to you.. don’t waste your time here. Short version of my experience. I’ve made purchases at this location for some years, enough to be familiar with their management. My last purchase was supposedly tested and should have worked. Got it charged and to my surprise it didn’t operate at all. I took it back and was greeted by the most uneducated, rude employees I’ve ever encountered. The young lady made a poor assumption that i did t have a receipt, she didn’t give me an opportunity to thoroughly share my experience when i made the purchase. I asked for mangemt and she refused to provide their information. I have an item that was severely over priced and non operable. Never again.

• Hands-down one of the best most reasonably priced adult stores I have ever been to. Each location I have had the opportunity to visit I’m blown away by their products and price consistency and quite frankly the products sold in this establishment far exceed any Hustler store any other adult clothing store that I can think of off the top of my head. The reason for the four stars, The only problem with this particular store I found to be, the employees. They seemed Far too busy eating their dinner behind the counter and or talking on their cellular phones. A quick trip that should’ve been less than 15 minutes took 45. I would work on the customer service that is for sure. Or serious lack there of. To that end, the product line is extensive the queen size section is comparable to the spinner girl section with the intention of everybody should look and feel sexy. I really appreciate this particular establishment and all of its locations I’ve been to.
