- Ok, i am not sure what is going on, but it's 9:30pm, and they are closed? Hmmm, strange as the hours on the property says 8pm? Now I know for a fact the owner arbitrarily decided to change the hours very recently, as I was here 2 months ago. So I have to question the wisdom, behind this decision, since we are summer hours, competition is open till midnight, due to nature of business.

- Unfortunately a personal item I purchased did not work out of the box. I requested they exchange it for a working one-yes, despite their no return policy-and they absolutely refused. Apparently the cashier is supposed to ask if you'd like to have the product tested before you leave the store, to avoid this type of situation, I was not offered this service either. Making an exchange under these circumstances is part of good customer service but they're not interested. So I'll no longer be a customer.
