- I always saw this store passing home and this store is huge, with many selections of everything…but I wish they had more lingerie styles… I was looking for a simple black lingerie dress or something simple but a lot of it was bright colors and some of the dresses weren’t my style as I like simple…I will give them points for the plus sizing options tho. - First time customers, stay away. Sharing word of caution, partially because I'm an idiot and partially because I think things should be different. First time customer, was browsing for an item and found something discreet that seemed nice. Buy item, return home, and the item is NOT the item I expected. I'd say packaging is misleading and it was next to unrelated items. I'm not even sure how to use it. Call the store within 30 minutes, but unfortunately all sales are final, no refunds. I get it, nobody wants a returned toy, but checkout counter should perhaps verify that you understand what the heck you're buying, especially a $100+ product. I'm dumb, thought I'd have a bit of fun this weekend, but now I feel extra stupid. Money wasted. Leaving a bad review for the bad customer experience and hopefully change in how checkout verifying WHAT exactly you are buying, especially when the toys are located next to each other and are nothing alike.
