The employees here are so patient and understanding. They take their time to help you find what it is you're searching for and help you narrow down your options to the top best 3 of whatever you're looking for (let's be honest, it can be overwhelming). They have actually knowledge of items in their store such as a lube that's good for your PH balance and whatnot instead of trying to make you buy the most expensive thing that could be prone to causing yeast infections. 3. This is one of the only Castle Megastores to be designed as a beautiful castle and not a regular block building. And I for one hate that all buildings are the same these days. 4. It is such a fun and welcoming store. They even have a table with toys you can turn on so you can feel the vibrations and textures (with your hands – don't be weird people). They match your vibe so if you're nervous they're not gonna put your interests on blast.
