- Update- I sent a email based off the response to my review and the email doesn’t work I will be filling a dispute with my bank Sold me a defective item! Made me test it before I left store and she knew it wasn’t working told me to come home and charge it it’s been charging for 5 days it doesn’t work I’m filing a dispute with my bank!
- POST UPDATED Employees were super nice, informative Items are overpriced I bought a cleaning solution, as well as other items, and when I got home it had pretty much emptied in my bag, i guess it was for some reason not properly sealed. I called the store immediately and they said per their policy they couldn't do anything, spent money on a bottle I couldn't even use, even though I called within an hour of my purchase. Don't think I'll be buying here again Pictures of all the items just completely soaked from the bag UPDATE: The manager is an absolute doll! Ashley definitely righted a bad experience and I'm so happy! Life long customer!
