• We had such a great experience thanks to Evan! He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. He listened to what we were looking for, gave thoughtful suggestions, and really knew the products inside and out. It’s not always easy to feel at ease in those kinds of stores, but Evan created a welcoming vibe that made the whole visit fun and relaxed. Definitely recommend asking for him if you stop by!
• I visited this place a few times before leaving my review. I've been in the afternoon and evening a couple times. I just come for the theater. The staff is awesome, non-judgmental, and friendly. It's $20 to go in the theater. As others have said, you can't bring any items you're holding into the theater but they don't care what's in your pockets. Personally it's my favorite theater in Vegas because it's very clean, there are amenities like paper towels and sanitizer everywhere, and plenty of private areas. The whole back area smells like cinnamon and I like that! It is much slower here than say Adult World, but AW is honestly much less clean and there is much less privacy. I also find the quality of people at Deja Vu is much better than AW, which can have some very shady types. Who goes into the theater? Everyone! I've seen gay men, straight men, solo women and even couples. Overall this place is further from me than other theaters but it's the only one I like because it feels safe and clean. 5 stars!
• I’m going to start with customer service and I’ll give it a Big 10 but only if you go at night the store is always well organized and clean a must.the manager is a angel thank you Tim and the staff at night is the best they wait on you hand and foot literally.The selection of shoes clothes toys dolls and all the fun stuff is Top Notch I always leave with bags and a smile 😊 🤩😁😁😎👀💯
• image is of; This year's Better Sex events attendee gift bag. I would definately recommend this event to anyone. There were people of all ages (18+) and backgrounds. Some people wer alone, others came with friends or as a couple. I had a lot of fun. The vendors were very informative and happy to let everyone see and touch their products. It was a super light hearted environment . not creepy. no weird vibes. and lasted about 90 minutes. They had a great raffle of individual products to full blown, large , multi item gift baskets! all of it was higher end products too. I will for sure go again next year !
• The rating being high is only because the employee that helped us there was really kind and helpful. Without her, the rating would be lower due to the fact a lot of their items are waaaaay overpriced. I didn't realize that when I bought some cute shoes for $80.. when I later looked online, they were $30!!! So definitely a rip off, which I'm sure they do with a lot of their products.. I personally wouldn't come back, unless I am dragged there by my friends again..
